About Jodie
Hi, I’m Jodie—and I’m passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in project management, facilitation, and NDIS navigation, I’m here to help you navigate complex systems, manage projects, and bring teams together, all while ensuring you’re empowered and in control.
My work with the NDIS is personal. As a mum of two children with additional needs, I’ve spent hundreds of hours pouring over NDIA legislation, operational guidelines, and rules to ensure my children’s NDIS plans provided the best support possible. Now, I use that experience to guide other families and carers through their own NDIS journeys, helping them understand their plans, maximise funding, and prepare for critical review meetings. My aim is always to make the process less stressful and more empowering for you.
In addition to my NDIS expertise, I bring practical project management skills to help community initiatives, grants, and stakeholder engagement projects succeed. Whether it’s overseeing a large-scale project or facilitating a small team, I thrive on fostering collaboration, aligning values, and creating action plans that drive progress. My facilitation techniques are designed to be inclusive, strategic, and results-driven, whether I’m working with a small community group or a large organisation.
In honour of my son Eli—who was diagnosed with a rare form of leukaemia and passed away at 13 months old—my husband Pete and I run Eli’s Foundation. Through our not-for-profit charity, also known as "Melon’s Cottage," we provide respite accommodation for families facing cancer and bereavement. Eli’s legacy continues through the support we've provided to over 150 families in need.
At the core of everything I do is a commitment to person-centered care. I believe in empowering people—whether it’s individuals navigating the NDIS, or teams working towards their next big project. My ultimate goal is to set you up for success so that you feel confident and capable, whether we’re working on your NDIS plan or facilitating your team’s growth.
Ready to get started? Let’s chat and see how I can help you on your journey—whether it’s through project management, team facilitation or NDIS support.
“Setting people up for success is my biggest joy. If I do my job right, clients won’t need me next year and that’s what sets me apart. I want you to grow and succeed and not need me. If you do, of course I will be there. Your pace, your choice and your control…every time.”
